Submitting illustrations, images and photographs
Graphic illustrations, images and photographs accompanying news releases can also be sent directly to MEENET.INFO editorial department via email: meegen@eapgroup.com
High-resolution files for visual materials must not be sent over e-mail without prior agreement with the editors. For high-resolution images the preferred mode of delivery is normal mail or courier services.
Submitting listings
News materials intended for use as listings s can also be sent directly to MEENET.INFO editorial department via email: meegen@eapgroup.com.
When requesting inclusion of listings please be aware that all listings are edited and incomplete listing information can be discarded by the editors, so please make sure that you have the basic information required for a complete listing, eg
- Full title of the event
- Date/s of the event
- Location of the event
- Description of 100 words or less
- Terms of entry/participation (whether the event requires payment of a fee)
- Contact information for readers (which will be published)
- Contact information for the editors (which will not be published but will be used in case of a need to contact the supplier of information)
- Name and address of person/s authorising release of the information including, where applicable, name of the press officer responsible for the release in a public relations agency.
The editors reserve the right to rejection publication of any news item, especially if they consider the content to be advertising.
